Experience:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
10-12 years Experience in market sales, distribution, and Trade Sales.
Knowledge of plastic polymer Industries, Water Tank, Water Pump, HDPE pipe, or related industries will be preferred.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Deputy Manager- Sales to lead our Sales team in the building materials sector, specifically focusing on water storage products such as water tanks, FRP pressure vessels, HDPE pipes, and UPVC pipes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of these products and relevant markets, along with excellent leadership and managerial skills to inspire and drive the team towards achieving company objectives and targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed company objectives and targets.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company's customer base and product portfolio.
Lead, manage, and mentor the Sales team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to optimize team performance.
Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the department.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
Collaborate with the product development team to enhance existing products and introduce new offerings based on market demand.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to make informed business decisions and recommendations.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and strategic initiatives to Senior management.
Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand initiatives to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales strategies and campaigns.
Prepare detailed performance reports for senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
