∎ Graduation in any discipline from any reputed public or private University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Adequate knowledge on RAJUK (DMDP) approval matters, especially calculation of land properties, registration rules, Floor Area Ratio (FAR), Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney and other legal issues etc.
∎ Acquainted with land in all prime locations in Dhaka and adjacent areas and other major cities in Bangladesh.
∎ Proper understanding on Land Development for Joint Venture.
∎ Capable to review and evaluate land values for procurement.
∎ Capable of doing feasibility study regarding procurement of land.
∎ Capable of prompt and careful handling with the Land owners.
∎ Liaison with various Govt. and Non-Govt. authorities.
∎ Cross communication and collaboration functional.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Land Purchase, Purchase/ Procurement.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate, Land Share, Property Company.
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ To be responsible for overall departmental performance.
∎ People management skill.
∎ Good communication and negotiation skills are mandatory.
