∎ Bachelor/Masters in Business Administration with major in Marketing from any reputed govt. approved educational institutions will get preference.
∎ Any training / certification related to job will treated as an added advantage.

∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Furniture Manufacturer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Penetrate in the Foam & Mattress market to grab market share & establish the brand.
∎ Set territory wise sales target & implement strategy to achieve the target.
∎ Lead a group of sales people to meet their assigned monthly sales order & collection target.
∎ Train a group of new recruits and develop them for working in the market.
∎ Find out potential business parties to offer dealership, set as dealers, manage dealers' activities and expand the market.
∎ Find out potential corporate entities and get listed as their nominated vendor.
∎ Maintain liaison among dealers, corporate entities and various departments of the organization (to ensure product availability, solve pending issues & customers' complaints and supply marketing materials etc.).
∎ Prepare business report (daily, weekly & monthly), share the recommendation with appropriate group/s for setting strategies.
∎ Any other task to meet business requirement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant should have professional experience especially in Foam & Matters.
∎ Males are preferable for this position but female candidates who meet our criteria are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Candidates must have excellent people skills (communication, negotiation, leadership, time management, critical thinking & problem solving etc.)
Salary: Negotiable
