Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare sales forecast, formulate sales strategies, budgeted expenses and growth expectations, and administers the sales staff through the implementation of proper human resource planning and organisation
∎ Maintain to assign sales targets and controls all areas of sales including making and recommending price determination for individual products
∎ Manage individual client’s credit and ensure collection of outstanding receivables as per organisational policy
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly and business intelligence report as per management requirement
∎ Ensure regular client visits and achieve sales target as per monthly and yearly budget
∎ Maintain regular analysis of market key competitors’ movement
∎ Manage all sales activities and maintain sales plans
∎ Identify the new areas of growth, both for products and clients and recommends budgetary allocations
∎ Review and implement policies and procedures to meet legal requirements, growth obligations and social obligations
∎ Keep record of activities of sales employees and take correctional measure where appropriate
∎ Ensure to provide prompt and on time services to customers
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority
