Responsibilities & Context:
- Supervise all sales activities to maximize volume, value, and profitability in the assigned zone.
- Expand market coverage by increasing both distribution depth and width.
- Enhance team productivity through regular on-the-job and off-the-job coaching.
- Conduct briefing sessions, product demonstrations, and workshops.
- Lead the team in alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.
- Break down and assign sales targets, providing continuous support for achievement.
- Strengthen brand image and market visibility through effective branding activities.
- Capture and analyze the Voice of the Customer (VOC) for improvement initiatives.
- Develop leadership and soft skills among team members.
- Organize product demonstrations for dealers, retailers, customers, and advocacy groups.
- Prepare and execute market visit plans through structured route charts.
- Ensure dealer order generation, sales collection, and customer support coordination.
- Conduct regular product and market analysis, and share findings weekly/monthly.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and collection targets through effective team performance.
- Utilize sales tools, POSM, and promotional offers efficiently to benefit stakeholders.
- Maintain and share accurate records on sales, stock, and market data for timely decisions.
- Build strong relationships with market stakeholders through continuous engagement and community participation.
- Set and monitor sales targets for Executives, ASMs, and ZSMs, ensuring dealer/retailer-wise allocation and gap closure.
- Consolidate field data and provide management with actionable insights.
