Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent is responsible for leading the Quality Department.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for controlling line quality and achieving goals.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for finishing quality control and achieving QA goal.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for achieving AQL, Independent & Final Inspection Target.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for maintaining on-time shipment with 99.5% cut out ship.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for monitoring team member's discipline and responsibilities.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for involving with line feeding.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for reducing permanent rejection rate; attending pocket, daily quality and PP meeting.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for arranging monthly meeting with Quality Supervisor & Inspectors to discuss summary.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for monitoring Quality report.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for achieving sample pass rate target.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for maintaining Quality Carder as per Factory Standard.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for maintaining Finishing area WIP as per factory Standard.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for arranging the Problem solving training to QC Team.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for looking after Checker Project.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for attending to the delivery meeting to make on time shipment.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for attending to the QCO and Risk assessment meeting to improving First Day FTT.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for arranging weekly Quality Meeting with Team to achieve Goals.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for looking After Cutting Quality & process.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for looking after fabric Quality and Process.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for reducing Missing Needle Quantity with Production and Mechanic.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel
