Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor timely performance of the assigned job by the employees.
∎ Monitor the operation of restaurant, canteen, hotel, bungalow, store, Kitchen & other food stuff preservation & preparation areas to ensure maintenance of proper hygiene and tidiness.
∎ Monitor & ensure strick compliance of all operations related policies & procedure across the resort.
∎ Contribute management to maintain close contact & effective liaison with different govt./semi-govt./private organizations non various issues.
∎ Ensure maintenance of cleanliness, tidiness & hygienic environment of the operational areas of the resort at all times.
∎ Monitor punctuality and attendance of resort employees.
∎ Maintain checklist of all Equipment's, Machineries, generator and other relevant items for proper monitoring of repair, maintenance and smooth functioning.
∎ Ensure obtaining and time to time renewal of all licenses/permission/certificates from the concerned govt. authority required for operation of the resort.
∎ Motivate and boost-up moral of the employees of operational department through close interaction and briefing their contribution to the resort operation.
∎ Any other jobs & tasks assigned from time to time by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Highly Experienced in business communication and good managing expertise and professionalism in handling crisis situations.
∎ Excellent communication skill in English (written & speaking).
∎ Excellent skill in MS Word, MS power point, MS Excel & Email
Salary:
∎ Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
