Experience:

The Deputy Manager – M&E supports the effective implementation of M&E systems and frameworks to ensure program quality, accountability, learning and assist management for decision-making. This role assists management in planning, capacity building, data management, and reporting across projects.
Support Managers and Quality team in design of feedback mechanisms to measure i) staff performance and professionalism and ii) impact of work on beneficiaries such as students, parents, and community members
Deliver weekly monitoring overview to his line manager, CXB Management, HQ team via email
Collect and document case study, lessons learned, scaling up best practices
Conduct DQA for data validation and to monitor the quality and completeness of data sets and implementation and ensure timely compilation and reporting of data
Conduct regular monitoring of HPL adherence to guidelines included in the donor form or designed internally by BRAC
Identifying monitoring issues from field and assist in planning and designing monitoring frame works according to program requirements and senior management’s decision
Preparing monitoring checklist and questionnaires according to guidance of his supervisor
Conducting different survey, FGD, KII and ensuring collection, process and analysing of monitoring data for timely reporting
Providing regular/ periodical/monthly /urgent monitoring report
Attending different meeting and sharing of monitoring findings and reports through presentation to different stakeholders
Maintaining regular co-ordination with, concerned persons and HO
Capacity development of MEAL Officers through training, workshops, mentoring and counselling and feedback
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
