Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Apparel Merchandising, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Any training on knit products, Lingerie, Activewear
∎ BGMEA University of Fashion Technology,Bangladesh University of Textiles,IBA, Dhaka University,University of Dhaka,IBA, Jahangirnagar University students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Computer Proficiency, Fluent in English Communication both in Written and Spoken
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
International Marketing, Marketing and merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Context:
∎ -Develop and implement a distinctive business strategy to improve current business status
∎ - Practical technical knowledge on knit garments and as well as Lingerie products.
∎
∎ - Besides English, If German/French language fluency will be an added value
∎ - have the capability to do costing of product, budget preparation and overall business forecasting
∎ - follow up and overall follow up each of the merchandising steps of Merchandisers - from product development to shipment
∎ - maintain effective communication with local liaison offices, direct buyers and buying houses for business development
∎ - Follow up the orders each stages
Job Responsibilities:
∎ * Develop new customers based on factory's capability
∎ * Identify new market potentials and opportunities and effective development of company's overall business growth
∎ * Ensure product development and co-operate and follow up with Merchandisers and sample department
∎ * report directly to Managing Director and Director for business development and marketing
∎ * ensure proper execution of the orders by leading the merchandisers and production departments
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent Presentation skill in Microsoft Powerpoint/Other presentation Software, Product Development Preparation, Moodboard;
