∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in various trade programs and analyze market practices and competitors' trade marketing programs.
∎ Compare and evaluate product rates and benefits for distributors and consumers, offered by industry players.
∎ Develop trade beneficial packages i.e. trade commission, incentive and other financial benefits with the coordination of the Sales team.
∎ Forecast the accurate demand for branded gifts and any other special packages for all territories.
∎ Formulate and execute trade and consumer offers & promotions for own products.
∎ Monitor and evaluate ongoing trade and consumer campaigns and generate efficiency report regularly.
∎ Plan, prepare & organize marketing content and ensure the delivery of marketing materials and content to the targeted trade market area.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Ability to work in a team
∎ Strong Geographical knowledge on National Market
∎ Sound knowledge on trade-based programs and compliance.
∎ Analytical skills & Creativity.
∎ Computer skills (MS Word/Excel/Office/PowerPoint/Different Software etc.)

Salary: Negotiable
