• Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.

• Ability to take the challenge to achieve the sales target.

• Excellent communication skills in Bengali & English, both written and oral.

• Must be self-motivated and dynamic. Computer knowledge is the must.
