• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.• MBA will be considered an added advantage.

• 5-7 years’ experience in event management company

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Graduation/ Post-Graduation in any discipline (Marketing preferred)

• Strong communication, pitching & negotiation skills

• Ability to work under target pressure & business-driven environment

• Excellent corporate client network in Dhaka

• Smart, professional and self-driven personality

• Proficiency in MS Office, Power point & CRM tools

• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales and revenue targets

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients for event services

• Develop sales pipeline & execute strategic sales plans

• Conduct meetings, client visits, presentations & negotiations

• Build and maintain strong long-term business relationships

• Prepare sales proposals, quotations & contracts for clients

• Maintain regular communication & submit sales performance reports

• Collaborate with operations & creative team for project execution

• Represent the company at corporate events, activations & networking platforms
