∎ Masters / MBA from any reputed University and Candidate with advance certification on Marketing Management will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates of Dhaka are most preferred and encourage to apply.
∎ Target wise sales achievement & collection.
∎ Find out business potentialities. New Customer registration & retention.
∎ Ensure scheduled visit within time line. Follow up team member visit schedule & reporting.
∎ Manage & guide team members & enrolment. Split the target among team.
∎ Distribution of new customer among team member & follow up.
∎ Smoothly operate project-based tasks (CLS stock sale/Campaign) & evaluate team members' performance.
∎ Complete credit reconciliation with customer and documentation/Archiving. Follow up campaign & short-term offer progress to achieve the target.
∎ Informed the customer about updated information of company's new product & Price. Need to follow up team members' activities & status.
∎ Collect product unavailability & shortage report from team & report to management. Ensure product requisition for uninterrupted delivery.
∎ Collect competitor's trade letter, Price List and brochure share it to line manager.
∎ Balance confirmation report for the credit customer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Applicants previously having 8-10 years working experience in the relevant field.
∎ This is the senior management post, fresher's are completely discouraged to apply,
∎ Requirement wise Customer orders & delivery ensure in system.
∎ Cheque collection & verification in system. And On-line collection confirmation.
∎ Crosscheck & comparison of product & Price monitoring, submit feedback to management.
∎ Train & develop new employees. Monitor business status of Key agents on regular basis.
∎ Prepare & submit weekly/Monthly visit & sales achievement plan & report.
∎ Monitor and check properly product return & adjustment in time.
∎ Participle coordination meeting regularly.
