∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cement Sales, Concrete Mixture, construction materials sales, Ready Mix Concrete
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a high-performing sales team through the use of leadership skills and mentorship.
∎ Communicate and implement BRMCIL's vision, mission, and overall sales directions.
∎ Meet the personnel & team monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales target of ready-mix concrete.
∎ Maintain awareness of external competition, business expansion, new market developments
∎ Keep management informed of all industry-related activities that influence sales and pricing.
∎ Operate within the budget and focus on maximizing the profit margin.
∎ Maintain relationships with customers in order to protect BRMCIL's positions.
∎ Maintain active involvement with local industry groups, homebuilders, and govt organizations.
∎ Make sales and marketing presentations and prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts.
∎ Establish a consulting relationship with customers and provide technical support.
∎ Work closely with customer service, quality control, operations, technical support, and credit.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by management.
