Education:

- Master’s degree (MBA in Operations / Supply Chain) – preferred but not mandatory.
- Certifications like Fast React Planning, Lean Six Sigma, or ERP training – advantageous if already completed.

Responsibilities & Context:
A leading export-oriented Garments & Textile Group is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager / Manager – Planning to lead production planning and coordination using Fast React Planning software. You will drive timely delivery, optimize capacity, and ensure production efficiency across multiple lines.
Develop monthly, weekly, and daily production plans using Fast React.
Ensure on-time completion of planning and shipments.
Create contingency plans to handle production risks.
Review performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
Conduct critical path analysis for each product/style.
Optimize capacity utilization across production lines.
Collaborate with Production, IE, Merchandising, and Quality teams.
Lead, mentor, and motivate planning team members to achieve targets.
Provide insights and reports to management for strategic decision-making.
