∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Masters in Marketing, English, public Ad, Intl. relation.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Marketing
Job Context:
∎ A leading Group of Company well reputed Construction business constructing high raise building & doing Government, Semi-Government, departmental works like Metro-Rail, is looking for pro-active, smart dynamic and energetic candidate for the following post.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ previous experience working in a construction firm or company would be a plus.
∎ Promote company & Execute Business to High Officials of Both - Public & Private Sector.
∎ Presenting services to current & potential clients.
∎ Building, establishing, & maintaining good relationship with clients.
∎ Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
∎ Developing, maintaining good Marketing Knowledge.
∎ Ensure customer service and dissolve the customers complain, if any
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Have to maintain & control the Marketing people under the supervision of AGM (Business Development).
∎ Must have to achieve the target & team goal.
∎ Generate new corporate clients through marketing.
∎ Prepare & maintain client database.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business development, Corporate Marketing, Construction marketing.
∎ Others - as per business requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants should be good looking, smart, energetic, hard-working, honest, well-mannered and intelligent.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
∎ Positive attitude to challenges.
∎ Must have good written and speaking ability in English & Bangla.
∎ Other language proficiency will be counted as an added advantage.
∎ Dexterity in MS Office especially on MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point and Internet Browsing
∎ Should possess strong networking capability, entertaining clients, ability to plan ahead.
