Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify potential pharmacies in the assigned area to onboard into our e-commerce app.
∎ Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and affiliate marketing, with the goal of increasing brand visibility and driving sales.
∎ Analyze market information (e.g. growing customers need, competitor's activities, market trends) and generate idea for new market development and promotion.
∎ Be able to review the daily work and optimize the work process accordingly which is sharable within the whole team to improve the overall efficiency.
∎ To prepare sales & marketing plan for respective area and ensure its proper implementation aligning with the business needs of the Company.
∎ Analyze team members' performance on regular basis to ensure achievement and compliance.
∎ To collect regular market feedback with an objective to remain updated about the industry.
∎ Provide strategic guidelines for getting better performance.
∎ Participate in industry events and conferences to promote our company and network with potential clients.
∎ Strong analytical & problem solving skills and able to established logical practical solution.
∎ Coordinating with all departments for ensuring smooth business operation.
∎ Ensure the growth of sales and capture the market.
∎ Perform other related duties as required and assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to create new idea to increase sales
∎ Good knowledge about MS word, MS-excel
∎ Good communication skill
∎ People management skills
∎ Working knowledge on direct sales operation
