∎ The candidate must have Masters (MSc in Agriculture / Forestry/ Horticulture will be given preference) with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations
∎ Education will be relaxed for the potential Candidates
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Select the land and coordinate designers/ landscape architects based on the requirements of clients
∎ Develop and implement the compliance and regulations of the projects with the concern of management
∎ Source and select the materials based on the requirements and prepare the costing report
∎ Explicate the responsibilities to project in charge
∎ Maintain the relationship with the clients, partners and visit the site with them
∎ Conduct various assignments and prepare reports and presentations given by the supervisor
∎ Supervise the project in charge to maintain the equipment, landscape structures, outdoor and walkways
∎ Accomplish the project duration collaborate with team; guide the team as and when required
∎ Act a vital role from the planning phase of each project
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Experienced on Landscaping management, nursery management will be given preference
∎ Knowledge on basic horticulture, care of plant material, agronomy practices, disease & pest control management
∎ Must be able to oversee several projects at a time
∎ Proficient in both written and verbal communications
∎ Excellent in report writing, budgeting, people management, work prioritization, time management as well as the ability to adapt to work under pressure and challenging environment
