Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive towards the highly competitive business environment.
∎ Forecast sales target and revenue (monthly, quarterly and annually).
∎ Achieve sales target (monthly, quarterly and annually) in coordination with the sales team.
∎ Create sales proposals and deliver them to all the prospects within the targeted area.
∎ Manage the sales cycle effectively and track the activities of the Sales Force.
∎ Increase the existing market coverage to achieve additional market reach as per sales plan.
∎ Prepare, execute and implement sales & marketing promotional activities of the company within the assigned target market.
∎ Collect information about competitors' promotional / branding activities.
∎ Ensure products' delivery in time as per sales orders in coordination with the distribution team.
∎ Supervise, prepare and check daily sales report and submit it to the department Head.
∎ Meet with the customers in a regular basis to build a long term beneficial relationship.
∎ Discover new sales opportunities through continuous market research.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Experience and applied knowledge in Corporate Sales
∎ Efficient market planner
∎ Ability to work in a team environment and under pressure.
∎ Excellent leadership quality and good communication skill.
