- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Proficient in operating Lab Equipment such as pH meter, conductivity meter, DO meter, moisture analyzer, vacuum dryer, Kjeldahl apparatus, and conducting microbial tests (Total Plate Count, Yeast & Mold Count, E. coli, Coliform, Salmonella, etc.).
Ability to manage all QMS documentation, including quality manuals.
Strong leadership, honesty, high intelligence, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to relocate near the factory premises; company-provided quarters available (no transport facility).
Responsibilities & Context:
- Conduct comprehensive food analysis: physical, chemical, and microbiological testing.
- Handle all scientific documentation and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) records.
- Lead research and product development initiatives in food technology.
- Report directly to Head of Operations / Profit Center Head.
