Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain customs process for goods clearing and transportation against Import & Export.
∎ Prepare Export Bill or import invoice as per L/C terms, submit to Banks, and negotiate/Purchase.
∎ Any commercial related task is given by the management.
∎ Responsible to maintain all commercial activities
∎ Maintain good liaison with the buyers, suppliers, forwarders, and banks for completing the documentation on time to smooth export and import.
∎ Follow up on the commercial invoice, packing list, and detail-packing list for export.
∎ Prepare Export Bill or import invoice as per Sales Contract or L/C terms, submit to Banks, and negotiate/purchase.
∎ Negotiate with banks to get a preferential exchange rate for Import and Export
∎ Make sure all company related documents and accounts are up to date i.e. Trade license, IRC, ERC, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having experience in dealing business with government is preferable.
∎ Strong communication skill both written and Speaking
∎ Ability to remain calm under pressure,
∎ Good knowledge on Microsoft Office.
Salary: Negotiable
