Job Responsibilities:
∎ Business development managers are responsible for driving business growth within a company. They develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.
∎ Sourcing works from Govt. / Non-Govt. & Pvt. organizations/factories.
∎ Enlistment at different Govt. / Non-Govt. sector and monitoring the E-GP
∎ Speak with /visit clients for clarifications/ information related to Bids/Tenders/EoI.
∎ Keep a track of competitors activities/pricing/market research/ industry event;
∎ Search and find Construction / Development related Tenders & Projects/ Opportunities in Govt. & other organizations through, Newspapers, E-GP Portal, BD-Tender or Tender Bazar etc.
∎ Thoroughly read the tender/ Bid conditions (Technical & Commercial) submission requirements, prepare project/ Tender summary presentations for Management approval.
∎ Provide support to management during the pre-tender / BOQ process starting from evaluating, assessing tenders, assessing risk factors to arrive at bid decisions, and estimating all the required material, equipment needs to be able to arrive at reliable cost estimates for bidding projects;
∎ Monitoring the tender submission process (tender documents purchase, Pre-bid, Pre-bid amendment tender submission date, compliance & manage the bid qualification etc.) in any selected tender;
∎ Attend meeting with client regarding tender related issues
∎ Collaboration with overall Tender preparation work; Pre work (specification level and others criteria), Pre-bid meeting, Documentation, tender submission and post tender work process
∎ Negotiation with clients.
∎ Client management.
∎ Try to achieve tender team target/ goal as per management instruction
∎ Follow up the outstanding and due collections
∎ Prepare report as per management instruction and any other task will be assigned by the management.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Construction or steel structure development organization , Real-estate etc.
∎ Capable of managing client by individual reputation.
∎ Pro-active, self-driven, smart, energetic etc.
∎ Expert in tender processing & documentation.
