Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Brand positioning, strategy, 360 degree campaign to establish a particular brand in the market.
∎ Develop plans for products and promotion for brand and taking necessary action regarding integrated brand management.
∎ Develop business plan and marketing strategy and monitoring proper implementation to ensure that brand objectives are achieved.
∎ Look after the proper execution of marketing promotional activities with the support of long term strategies in the market.
∎ Market survey and evaluation for Product Selection and work with R&D team for product development.
∎ Co-ordinate with Design department for developing the foil, label, carton etc.
∎ Prepare CATEGORY wise launching plan.
∎ Work with TRADE Marketing for Visibility of LAUNCHING product.
∎ Work with Creative department for advertising.
∎ Make the YEARLY BUDGET for Brand Development (Category Wise).
∎ Work with Sales Team for assessment of Market Needs.
∎ Reconciliation report submit to management.
