Job Context: A Public Listed Company engaged in Food industry based in Dhaka and having factory at Gazipur is looking for a young energetic, dynamic, efficient & knowledgeable person to fill up following position. Interested persons are requested to apply with confidence:

Responsibilities & Context:

• The incumbent will be required to successfully carry out the IT & DevOps related functions.

• Take backups of servers manually and schedule automated backups. Ensure power backup of the servers and the desktop computers.

• Manage email accounts including create/delete email account, manage email quota, password reset and email forwarding.

• Maintain and troubleshoot or update for the data bandwidth uses for the Head office with Branch office.

• Installing, configure and maintain windows and Linux servers (DNS, oracle database server, application server, file/print servers), Linux POP3 Mail server, Microtel router ensure systems and database backups, archiving and disaster recovery and provide expert support when necessary.

• Configuring and installation of in house PC.

• Follow up the support and service related issue for update the website.

• Procurements support for the IT related product & software.

• Responsible for database security, virus detection, removal and prevention for database system problems.

• Maintain and troubleshoot or update the computer related hardware (Printer, UPS, Network switch, HUB, Monitor).

• In house LAN maintenance & trouble shoots under TCP/IP protocols.

• Assign IP address with MAC address for new workstations.

• Follow up the support and service related issue with the factories, branches, software & hardware firm and ISP Company.

• Capacity to direct, supervise, support and coordinate the management and work in coordination with technical and marketing team for performance based targets and interactions with

• distributor.

• Follow up the internet connectivity status by using data connectivity at different branches.

• Monitoring & control of access of users total bandwidth usages through MRTG.

• Any other relevant tasks assigned by the management.
