Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors from any recognised university. Preferably Finance/ Accounting graduate.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent needs to do detailed analysis of financial statement for the projects and check if actual expenditure is in line with budget or not. Also needs to check if there are any corrections which might be needed in consultation with seniors.
∎ Prepare budget variance report with useful analysis for senior management to help them in decision making and project tracking process.
∎ Needs to prepare the project budget, along with any required revisions in accordance with senior guidance.
∎ Work with project team to prepare feasible financial proposal and guide the project team with financial tracking and analysis.
∎ Support in preparing NGOAB budgets as per need of the programme.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 years experience in relevant field. Grant Management experience will get preference.
∎ Advance knowledge and skills on any analytical/statistical tools/applications and also skilled in financial management.
∎ Great analytical and critical thinking ability with sound presentation skills.
∎ Ability to maintain smooth communication with the programme.
∎ Required to prepare analytical reports and do the budgets analysis.
∎ Capability to work under pressure, prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlines.
∎ Need to have the flexibility in dealing with a wide range of tasks with a good command in English and Bangla.
