∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Experience in Vat/Tax management is must
∎ Any types of certification related to vat and tax is preferred
∎ Experience in interior design company or related field
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Monthly financial planning• Tax and vat audit• Maintain Petty cash• Bill payment (VDS & TDS) adjustment• Financial sheet reporting (Balance sheet, cost sheet)• Vendor and contractor payment schedule• Project purchase requisition received from Procurement and disburse payment• Monthly office expense schedule• Purchase requisition checked with BOQ and confirm that the expence is logical• Inventory Checking and distribution• Reporting on project payment receiving and expense• Asset schedule management, loan disbursement and share documents to HR• Salary disbursement and conveyance payment• Conduct meeting with engineering team regarding financial issues during project closing• Monitor project profit or loss and report accordingly• Monitor project expense and maintain timely payment collection• Manage vat and tax issue as per law
