Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Finance & Accounting or equivalent from any reputed university or institutions.
∎ CA course completion would be advantages

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Finance/ Accounts

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking, verification and correction of monthly ERP&BCC data. Prepare monthly/annual draft accounts of the assigned projects and take necessary correction where needed.
∎ Fund reconciliation on monthly basis and Preparation of monthly financial report summary.
∎ Prepare of monthly budget variance report with summary sheet and also prepare of the monthly project status report.
∎ Maintain properly Donor wise fund tracking and prepare of the donor report as per donor requirement. Prepare of the weekly project wise fund received status report.
∎ Prepare of FD4 accounts, and assist submission FD6 & FD7.
∎ Prepare of the chart of Accounts for new project.
∎ Time to time smooth communication with programme persons and support if required. Procurement requisition approval and check with approved budget by ERP.
∎ Support Internal and external stakeholder and Bill, Voucher checking and provide accounts code.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by the higher authority
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Any other task as and when required by the management.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Knowledge on Accounting, Finance, Audit, Budget, Tax / VAT
∎ Should have excellent computer skills, be accurate and organised
∎ Have strong communication skills, and possess the ability to work under pressure
∎ Good mathematical and analytical skills
∎ Good in data reporting and presentation

Salary: Negotiable
