Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recording all accounting and financial documents of the Company & establish/up-date financial policies, procedure/ systems/control to implement the plan.
∎ Working Capital Management and Inventory control
∎ Reporting of Actual product cost at SKU level and variances against plan
∎ Examining and analyzing accounting records, financial statements or other financial reports
∎ Providing analysis of cash flow, operating costs and variances
∎ Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
∎ Preparing, monitoring & controlling budget. Analyzing the budget variance according to requirements
∎ Managing Approvals and review of the procurement process as per SOA
∎ Plant finance control (Operational matters within the plan-Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly)
∎ Product costing management in SAP (Standard Cost/ Actual) changes / Updates)
∎ Interaction with Sales organizations for all operational matters
∎ Investment evaluations, approval and monitoring
∎ Managing billing and control of scrap materials
∎ Review conversion costs and monitor achievement vs target
∎ Physical Verification of Inventories including supplier's location
∎ Assets Accounting and Control
∎ Handling Taxation matters pertaining to the Factory... VAT Audit/ Tax Assessment/ CENVAT accounting and claims (Ad Hoc/Monthly/Half yearly)
∎ Review, and preparation of VAT returns (Monthly) / Withholding Tax returns (Half Yearly)/ Income tax return (Annually)
∎ Withholding tax compliances on payments to suppliers
∎ System Automations and process improvements
∎ Supervising and Maintaining VAT records (In/ Out)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 80000 - 100000 (Monthly)
