Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance or Accounts, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance or Accounts
∎ CA - Application Level
∎ Skills Required: Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Tax and VAT, VAT Law

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to legally minimize tax liabilities through the informed application of TAX, VAT and Customs laws and regulations.
∎ Prepares and reviews TAX, VAT and Customs duty calculations, estimates and reports accruals and purposes partnering with corporate finance, tax, legal business and operations terms.
∎ Manages tax compliance, reporting, and filing works.
∎ Ensures timely and accurate filing of all corporate and personnel income TAX, VAT and Customs Duty returns.
∎ Establishes appropriate system or processes for TAX, VAT and Customs Duty risk management.
∎ Acts as the key point of contact and support for eGeneration TAX, VAT and Customs Duty matters.
∎ Liaises with TAX, VAT and Customs Duty authorities and provides TAX, VAT and Customs Duty audit support.
∎ Manages external tax authorities and consultants locally and regionally.
∎ Reviews current and deferred tax provisions.
∎ Provides internal TAX, VAT and Customs Duty advisory services and support on business operation matters.
∎ Leads and coordinates ad-hoc tax-driven business initiatives.

∎ The applicants should have clear knowledge in the following area (s): Accounts, Finance, Audit & relevant jobs.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Knowledge of principles of Customs, VAT, Taxation and Revenue
∎ Competent in Microsoft Office with intermediate to advance MS Excel skill
∎ Should be highly proactive, self-motivated, committed and energetic.
