• Operational Management: Manage and monitor daily ETP operations, including inlet effluent quality, treatment processes (biological, chemical), and final discharge to ensure compliance with environmental standards.

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and guide shift operators and technicians to ensure safety and operational efficiency.

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery (pumps, aerators, filters) to minimize downtime.

• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all discharge meets legal standards, manage documentation for audits (e.g., ISO, Pollution Control Board), and prepare daily shift reports.

• Process Optimization & Safety: Identify opportunities to reduce chemical and energy consumption (cost saving) and strictly implement safety protocols.

• Resource Management: Manage chemical inventory, handle reject water/sludge, and collaborate with maintenance teams for repairs.
