∎ Master Degree from any reputed public university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set distribution goals and set plans to manage distribution operations to achieve the targeted goals.
∎ Identify resources, perform assignments and provide assistance as & when required.
∎ Prepare delivery schedule & ensures timely delivery as per dealer requirement.
∎ Monitor product loading advice, delivery challan, VAT challan & gate pass.
∎ Allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs
∎ Plan vehicle routes
∎ Address dealer queries and ensure dealer satisfaction.
∎ Develop distribution budgets and manage expenses within the budgets.
∎ Develop cost reduction initiatives while maintaining delivery plan
∎ Assist in inventory management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in SAP is preferred.
∎ Honest, ethical, and dependable
∎ Computer literate in Microsoft Suite, especially MS Excel
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work independently
∎ Good planning and forecasting capability.
∎ Work experience in the oil and gas sector will be preferred.
