Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline / Degree in Footwear Background.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling and managing all the Brands commercialization work.
∎ Interacting with the buyers directly for any clarifications & getting all required approvals within the target dates.
∎ Communicating with Buyers and suppliers.
∎ Ensure and order all the local and oversea materials, accessories and bottom units.
∎ Making the work plan for the subordinates according to the ability of individual and distribute among them.
∎ Receiving all the information from Buyer and spread among the team.
∎ Follow up with planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment move on time
∎ Sample follow up and coordinate with other departments related to order.
∎ Conduct meeting with buyer to fulfill all the logical requirement from them.
∎ Dealing with production team to transfer the product for the bulk with the stipulated time.
∎ Checking and confirming the development last and mold.
∎ Solve all the technical problem of product in Product development and Production.
∎ Lead to overcome up-raising problem during production.
∎ Work for continuous innovation to improve processes.
∎ Work for improving efficiency through automation.
∎ Making all the documents for ordering necessary Last, Mold, Tooling's& Accessories, Sample materials.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills: ability to communicate with high level executives.
∎ Strong analytical skills
∎ A self-starter with a strong ability to take initiative, ownership and accountability for the business.
∎ Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency
∎ Team oriented with ability to multi-task.
∎ Effectively plans and executes changes
