Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise the Deemed Export and Team activities.
∎ Communicate with the concern bankers and customer's accounts/commercial/merchandiser to ensure/collect Bank Acceptance/Payments.
∎ Ensure monthly Bank Acceptances Monthly target achievement.
∎ Communicate with the concern salesperson for get long pending BA.
∎ Plan and report daily/weekly BA collection to higher Management & related concern.
∎ Follow up and check Customer Back-to-Back LC and communicate for Clean LC.
∎ Maintain BA related database and ensure clean documents to reduce discrepancy cost.
∎ Prepare PRC statement and get signed by AD banks for yearly customs audit.
