Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Masters in any discipline from any recognized university/ institution, preferably with an advanced degree in marketing, hospital management or other relevant discipline
Job Context:
∎ Founded in 1974, SMC today is a major contributor to the Bangladesh national health and family planning program. It markets a full range of Family Planning products, Oral Rehydration Salt, and has diversified into nutrition, reproductive health and female hygiene. In 2018, SMC was considered as the second largest contraceptive social marketing program globally.
∎ The Company is therefore, looking to recruit a bright, talented, innovative and hard-working individual for the following contractual position under SMC Clinic Project. The incumbent will be recruited initially for a three years period, which may be extended upon satisfactory performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ • At least 5 years of managerial experience in operation of commercial clinic or renowned diagnostic centre
∎ • Experience in establishing commercial clinic/ hospital, exposure to the corporate clients, strong linkage with specialist doctors and excellent communication & team management skills
∎ • Extensive knowledge of medical equipment and infrastructure of maternal & child care Clinic/ Hospital
∎ • Familiar of using different software for clinic & pharmacy operations and sound knowledge of MS office
∎ • Effective communication, proactive, interpersonal, good leadership and problem solving skills
Salary: Negotiable
