• Experience in textile knit fabric planning, preferably in R&D or sample coordination roles is must.

• B.Sc. in any relevant discipline from a reputed university.

• Must demonstrate exceptional communication skills to handle real-time follow-ups and cross-department coordination.

• Strong command over Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, etc.) and Google Sheets is essential.

Job Context
This role is responsible for end-to-end coordination and monitoring of sample TNA across all functional departments, ensuring on-time delivery, risk mitigation, and clear communication with Merchandising through accurate tracking, reporting, and proactive follow-up.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive all sample bookings from the MIS team and prepare functional department-wise TNA (Time & Action) based on the central TNA Matrix.

• Ensure all departments (Yarn, Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing, Quality, etc.) follow their specific TNA daily and update status accordingly.

• Communicate all sample progress updates to the Merchandising team via email to ensure visibility on current booking status.

• Monitor end-to-end plan from booking receipt to final fabric delivery aligned with the TNA matrix.

• Maintain proactive follow-up with all relevant departments: Yarn Purchase, Knitting, Batch Allocation, Dyeing, Finishing, Quality, and Garments.

• Identify any risk or delay in TNA and immediately alert the concern Merchandiser via call and email, allowing them to inform the buyer in advance.
