Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate quality leads for the business to increase sales.
∎ Develop & manage Marketing Plan and budgets for the organization to reach specific goal.
∎ Design creative & effective communication tools to grab the attention of the target market.
∎ Oversee market research activities including focus group discussions, surveys, internal data analysis, customer feedback trends, and product development projects.
∎ Identify market opportunity & target customer, generate innovative ideas for building brand equities and develop sales forecast.
∎ Oversee all media buying on print and digital channels and ensure optimization of ads.
∎ Responsible to drive public relations strategies for the organization and act as liaison for press and media.
∎ Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
∎ Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.
∎ Any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 40 years
∎ Candidates having experience with furniture background will get preference.
∎ Good communication skills (in both Bangle & English)
∎ Sound knowledge on modern marketing concept, strategy and best practice
∎ Budget-management skills and proficiency.
∎ Knowledge on: ATL, BTL, e commerce, digital/online marketing, social media marketing, website management, marketing metrics & analytics, content development, graphics design, SEO, PPC etc.
Salary: Negotiable
