We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager (Logistics & Dispatch) for Bashundhara Ready Mix & Construction Industries Ltd. (Precast pile Project), Mirsharai, Chattogram
Job Responsibilities:-
- Plan and coordinate all logistics activities to ensure timely delivery of materials/products.
- Optimize transportation routes and cost-efficiency.
- Ensure proper scheduling of dispatches to meet customer or production demands.
- Oversee the dispatch process to ensure accuracy, timely loading/unloading, and proper documentation.
- Coordinate with production and sales teams for smooth dispatch operations.
- Communicate with transport vendors for vehicle arrangements, rate negotiations, and service agreements.
- Lead and supervise a team of logistics and dispatch personnel.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with SOP.
- Work on reducing transportation, fuel, and packaging costs.
- Carry out any other job assigned by the management from time to time.
