Food (Packaged), Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement export strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in target markets.
∎ Identify and analyze new markets and opportunities for the company's food products.
∎ Manage and coordinate all export activities, including order processing, documentation, shipping, and logistics.
∎ Ensure that all export documentation, such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents, are accurate and comply with local and international regulations.
∎ Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
∎ Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement pricing strategies and promotional activities for target markets.
∎ Ensure that all customer inquiries, complaints, and orders are handled in a professional and timely manner.
∎ Manage and develop the export team to ensure that they are highly motivated, well-trained, and capable of achieving the company's goals.
∎ Coordinate with EPB, BAPA, MCCI, Association and others related office.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing market share in target markets.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Fluency in English.
