Should have experience with accounting software/ERP.
Responsibilities & Context:
Research and execute digital accounting systems.
Lead, manage and monitor accounting functions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, Half yearly and yearly financial statements.
Prepare FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) report.
Ensure reconciliation of Bank accounts and other accounts.
Maintain general ledger, bookkeeping, accounts receivables, accounts payables and other records.
Follow-up, checking & review the accounting transaction.
Understand financial laws, tax implications and advise management for necessary action to save cost & maximize gain.
Ensure all regulatory compliance relating to the Company Act, Income Tax, Corporate Tax, Personal Tax, Tax Return, VAT, Company law, etc.
Generate various analyses and financial reports as per management.
Manage payroll and other related issues.
Any other task assigned by the management.
