Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA or M.Com in Accounting, Finance & Banking from any reputed University having Partly Qualified (Certificate Level Completed) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) or (1,200 Marks completed) from the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB).

∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking of all bills/invoices/vouchers and give authorization after confirming the accuracy;
∎ Take approval of all bills/invoices/vouchers from the approval authority according to the power of delegation;
∎ Checking of all payment voucher either cash or cheque posted into Cask Book, Bank Book and General Ledger by the accounts executives and give approval after examination of the accuracy;
∎ Checking of all Sales Delivery Challan and ensure proper recording in the Accounts Receivable Subsidiary Ledger, General Ledger as well as Store Ledger;
∎ Checking of all Purchase Delivery Challan, MRR/GRN and ensure proper recording in the General Ledger as well as Store Ledger;
∎ Custody of Cheque Books, Petty Cash and other valuable items;
∎ Establish budgetary control for running the business in a smooth and cost effective manner;
∎ Determination of monthly revenue budget discussing with all concerned and submission of the same to head office accounts department by 25th day of each previous month for proper fund management;
∎ Collect fund from Head office for monthly expenditure;
∎ Monitoring and supervision of factory salary disbursement;
∎ Maintenance of liaison with banks management ensuring prompt service from them;
∎ Variance analysis of the revenue budget and point out where significant deviations observed;
∎ Lead and guide to prepare monthly stock report by the Store Department with valuation discussing with Audit Department and send to all users of the company;
∎ Monthly Analysis of Accounts Receivables Ledger and report to Head Office Accounts Department regarding the long term receivables;
∎ Monthly Analysis of the Stock Report and report to Head Office Accounts Department regarding the old stock, slow moving items or other abnormal observations;
∎ Prepare various MIS report for critical and strategic business decisions and provide to Head Office Accounts Department;
∎ Assist internal and external auditors for ensuring smooth operation;
∎ Bank reconciliation for all banks;
∎ Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements like Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Comprehensive Income, Statement of Cash Flow etc. and report to Head Office Accounts Department;
∎ Any other tasks as may be assigned by the General Manager (Accounts) or company management from time to time for the sake of the company or the group as a whole.
