∎ Experienced candidates from a similar industry may apply where educational qualifications may be relaxed.
∎ For this position, 3-5 years of experience is required in handling Accounts Payables.
∎ Should be familiar with MS Office, especially in MS Excel.
∎ Should have complete knowledge about TDS & VDS.
∎ Good communication skills in Bangla & English are a must.
∎ Working experience with the SAP environment will be preferred.
∎ Should have the capability to assist in preparing Monthly/Annual Accounts.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure timely payments and cost center-wise recording to get the correct report.
∎ Capable to prepare/assist in preparing Monthly/Annual Accounts.
∎ Handling Vendor payments and updating entries in SAP.
∎ Ensure claiming VAT Rebate while booking expenses and reconciling with VAT C/A.
∎ Ensure proper TDS and VDS from different parties and deposits to the Govt on time.
∎ Follow up in advance with different employees and vendors to keep updated on the books.
∎ The Deputy Manager, Accounts and Finance is responsible for overall payments by complying with all rules and regulations of the company and government bodies so that the company can achieve its desired objectives.
