Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in Accounting/ Finance from any reputed institution.
∎ CA (CC) partly qualified.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting, Accounts and audit, Accounts Software, Corporate Accounts, VAT and Tax
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee all aspects of daily accounting operations & supervision of the accounts team.
∎ Analyze cash flow, overhead and suggest various strategy to control production cost and overhead.
∎ Review inventory valuation, production data, wastage report, bank reconciliation statements.
∎ Perform as a coordinator to reconcile monthly inventory.
∎ Prepare monthly MIS report and other reporting package specified by superior.
∎ Check and verify products return from market.
∎ Prepare feasibility report, business plan and cost benefit analysis report
∎ Synchronizes and coordinate to all departments in factory to smooth the regular job.
∎ Make projections for yearly Production, Expenditure etc.
∎ Correspondence with bank, suppliers and Tax & Vat authorities.
∎ Handling Store Management & setting up SOP for Store operation.
∎ Monthly management report -Liabilities position, Export, Import, Realization, Acceptance liability matured statement, Accounts receivables & payable statement, bank reconciliation.
∎ Follow up full team members of accounts and also communicate with commercial, merchandising, production, store, bank. Income tax & vat office as per requirement etc.
∎ Any other relevant tasks assigned by the departmental head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in MS office suit, ERP software and financial accounting.
∎ Must be expert in Tax & VAT-related activities.
∎ Candidates having experience in Plastics industry will get high preference.
∎ Excellent communication & problem solving skills.
