Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree (preferably in Accounting/Finance) from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
∎ Ensure expenses are recorded in proper cost centers and maintain historical records by filing documents
∎ Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
∎ Pay vendors by scheduling e-payment and ensure payment is received for outstanding credit
∎ Arrange required vouchers, information, explanation, logistic support, etc. to Auditors.
∎ Prepare response(s) against audit observation(s) and take necessary action(s) to resolve the observations
∎ Ensure Inventory adjustments by reconciling store wise stock report
∎ Prepare monthly reports by analyzing the accounts

Additional Requirements:
∎ CA (Course Completed) from a reputed CA firm will be an added advantage
∎ Knowledge of Auditing, Tax, VAT, Automated Financial and Accounting Reporting Systems, International Accounting Standard (IAS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
∎ Ability to prepare Financial Statements and Analysis
