We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team as the Deputy Head of Land Development Department, responsible for overseeing all aspects of land acquisition, development, and project execution. This role requires strong strategic planning, team management, and coordination across key sections, including Land Sourcing, Land Survey, Construction, and Design (Architect) teams. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the real estate or related industries and demonstrate the ability to drive efficient, sustainable, and compliant land development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise sections such as Land Sourcing (identifying and negotiating land acquisitions), Land Survey (conducting topographic and boundary surveys), Construction Team (overseeing site preparation and infrastructure development), and Design (Architect) Team (managing architectural planning and approvals).
Develop and implement strategies for land development projects, ensuring alignment with company goals, budgets, and timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., legal, finance, marketing) and external stakeholders (e.g., government authorities, contractors, consultants) to facilitate smooth project progression.
Monitor project risks, compliance with zoning laws, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Prepare reports, budgets, and progress updates for senior management.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation in land development practices.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the HOD or Management authority.
