∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant discipline (MBA preferred).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7–10 years of proven experience in real estate sales with at least 5–7 years in a team leadership or managerial role.
∎ Strong understanding of residential and commercial property sales dynamics.
∎ Must have prior experience in handling large-scale project portfolios (10 or more projects).
∎ Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
∎ Highly organized, proactive, and result-oriented with attention to detail.
∎ Proficiency in sales tracking software, CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the entire real estate sales team with a focus on performance, discipline, and team growth.
∎ Take charge of sales operations for 10+ residential and commercial projects simultaneously.
∎ Develop strategic plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
∎ Build a strong, professional, and highly motivated sales team with proven team building capacity.
∎ Maintain direct communication and reporting with COO and higher management, providing regular sales forecasts, progress reports, and insights.
∎ Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Support, Legal, and Project Management teams to align objectives.
∎ Maintain exceptional client relationships and oversee key client engagements and high-value negotiations.
∎ Be flexible and willing to work on weekends or vacation days as required for project commitments or client needs.
∎ Monitor competitor activity, analyze market trends, and identify new opportunities for expansion.
