Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall Sales, Bulk Sales, Marketing and Management of Distribution Channel of Akij Flour Mills Ltd.
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales & marketing plans designed to achieve sustained growth.
∎ To prepare sales & marketing organogram
∎ Manage the sales & marketing staff, providing mentoring, establishing high performance standards and leading continuous improvement efforts in the organization.
∎ Organize and manage the divisional sales & marketing functions, including market development, brand image development, product management, marketing communications & technical support.
∎ Develop initiatives to highlight differences between Akij Flour products and those of its competitors with a focus on sales, marketing, pricing and other related factors.
∎ Evaluate emerging market and consumer needs competitive forces and technological implementations in the market.
∎ Develop new articles time to time as per the trend of market & customers demand.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 55 years
∎ 15 years practical experience in Sales & Marketing in Manufacturing/FMCG companies, while 2-3 years in the same position as Head of Sales & Marketing
Salary: Negotiable
