∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Washing Factory

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate new idea on development sample and execute by proper cost management and maintaining test parameter (especially for sustainable wash with zero tolerance).
∎ Sample development as per customer Demand/Aspect, sustainability, eco-friendly & get the approval within time limit.
∎ Ensure perfection on every single product development.
∎ Solve all types of wash problems in an innovative manner including enzyme wash, towel bleach, crash wash, acid wash, stone wash, bleach wash e.t.c.
∎ Establish zero testing failure in sustainable wash development.
∎ Ensure successful transfer of wash development recipe to the bulk production process.
∎ Ensure execution of all R&D samples with maximum efficiency.
∎ Develop new and innovative R&D techniques for wash process.
∎ Ensure proper documentation for every development for future reference.
∎ Provide the clear guidelines to team members to ensure sustainable wash, techniques and its criteria.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 50 to 60 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Candidate must be fully-computer literate and capable of using the full Microsoft Office Package.
∎ Must have strong technical & conceptual skills.
