Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position is responsible for organization's properties and establishments in Narayanganj to keep track of regulatory and compliance matters of Land, Property and Labour of the organization.
∎ Negotiate and maintain contracts/lease with contractors/labour in an effective and efficient manner.
∎ Keep oversight of any construction or changes in the premises of the organization in Narayanganj and lead the establishment unit.
∎ Keep an oversight of labour management of different entities of the organization in Narayanganj. and maintain all files and documents related to land, property and labour management.
∎ Maintain effective communication and relations with the local government and law agencies to resolve any dispute or conflict related to land, property and labour management.
∎ Regular on-site inspection of property maintenance and security of all properties of organiztion in Narayanganj and responsible for taking action of any repairing or gap in duties.
∎ Attend meeting, discussion, seminar on behalf of the organization with the regularity authority of the government counterpart as and when required
∎ Work closely with Legal department of the organization to get proper support for any legal matters or compliance related to Land, Property and Labour and Ensure timely revenue collections from the properties of organization and achieve financial goal/target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 7 years of experience in property management and at least 3 years in leadership position.
∎ Master's degree, preferably in Engineering /Law or MBA from reputed University.
∎ Knowledgeable of laws related to land, property and labour management.
∎ Excellent leadership capabilities.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Result oriented with on-time delivery and quality
∎ Team player and good in people management
∎ Willingness to take challenges and finding a way forward for solutions.
