Experience:

• At least 8 years

• Masters

• At least 8 years

• Age At most 45 years

• Preferably 8-10 years working experiences in Managing Program or Development Project/Family Planning/ Reproductive Health/ Maternal Health program/Pharmaceuticals sales/ Nutrition

• Experiences to operate private sector providers

• Communication skill both in Bangla and English

• Excellent Inter Personal Communication (IPC) skills, Good facilitation and Presentation skill

• Excellent program documentation skills and record keeping

• Experiences on supervision, monitoring, team management, financial monitoring services

• Excellent knowledge on MS Office application suite

• Field level implementation of SMC Program tentatively operations in 15-20 districts.
• Ensure field level implementation, monitoring and reporting of overall activities under his/her assigned region with technical support from Star Networks, Multiple Micronutrient Supplements (MMS) Project and Behavioral Changing Communication (BCC) team.
• Overseeing the activities of Community Mobilization Program.
• Supervise and monitor the implementation of MMS Project activities at the assigned areas.
• Coordinate with the Sales Managers/Sr. Sales Managers/Head of Region to implement program related activities under that particular region.
• Coordinate with the collaborative partners, different stakeholder and local level government officials, to implement program related activities under that particular region.
• Coordinate with the Head Office concern departments to fulfill the programmatic needs as and when necessary.
