Educational Requirements:
∎ Post–graduate degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Development Studies, Statistics, Anthropology or any other relevant subjects, or equivalent professional degree

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To identify and mapping of different funding sources and timely submission or quality Concept Notes, Expression of Interest (EOI), and Project
∎ To prepare/develop and implement resource mobilization strategy
∎ To prepare necessary papers for exploring funding opportunities, and communicate and arrange meetings with prospective donors
∎ To identify and synthesize best practices and lessons learnt directly linked to resource mobilization

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ 8 year’s experience (at least 3 years in a relevant field in senior position)
∎ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
∎ Ability to work under pressure and excellent time management skills.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Two yearly festival bonuses (each equivalent to one month’s basic salary); Baishakhi allowance, recreation allowance, gratuity fund, group insurance and other benefits as per FPAB Service Rules.
